Dr. Suvarna explains psychological concepts with honesty and clarity. She listens with empathy and works through my emotions to help me articulate my problems. I feel much better and more in control of my thoughts after each session. I have been able to confront some of my feelings with logic and reasoning, and arrive at a more balanced stance because of her methods.
