1 year back, Out of nowhere a sudden weird started in my body.

My hands were shivering my heart strated to move very fast,I was not able to concentrate,I was giving up on various day to day tasks.As all these were there recurring anxious thoughts and symptoms started like I'm loosing my memory, I'm not able to recognise the people I'm aware of after all this the t was health anxiety; I was feeling I'm gonna have various serious disorder in my body. All these were affecting my mood, My social and personal life.I gave on literally everything we think of.

It's been 10 days now, I'm getting treatment from Dr. Prakash Bhabure and I'm feeling much much better. What happened 10 days back that I can never forget in my life. I had panic attacks, was having bvery unusual feelings in chest. My family doctor suggested me to visit a psychiatrist. I searched on Practo and booked appointment with Dr. Prakash Bhambure. I was having anxiety problem for many days. Unknowingly I wasted many days by trying with homeopathy first & then with family doctor but it was of not much use. Then I decided to try with a psychiatrist and searched the internet for a doctor and luckily got the number of Dr Prakash Bhambure. Why I am using the word "luckily" is because when I was searching on the net I was at market yard chowk and his clinic is very near from where I was. I called him from there itself and he guided me about his location which was hardly 2-3 minutes away, hence I went to his clinic.

Doctor sir is very calm. He listened to my problem and told me that he will definitely take me out from my problem. I followed his instructions and took the medicines advised by him and I am glad to see myself as a normal man again.

I have fecaing this problem since 2012

I was not able to swallow food properly cause of my anxiety issue but I am not in situation to accept that I have mental health issue problem.

But when I lost more than 10kg of weight then my family members start getting worried.

Past One year I was stressed which was happened due to energy drink and its side effects had caught me between two problems one was acid reflux and one was stress and anxiety. The Dr first understood the problem and treated exactly the cause was. First resolved my stomach issues and then my stress and anxiety. It's been 2.5 months since my treatment and I'm feeling Okay overall. Feeling no more stress but lil bit anxiety when I eat caffeine related products.
