We chose to visit the doctor based on excellent online reviews. However, during the first consultation, she spoke only with the patient and did not engage with me at all, despite my request to provide additional background about the patient's history. She declined and said she would speak with me in the next visit. The consultation lasted less than 10 minutes, yet we were charged ₹1200 (as per her fee structure: ₹1200 for up to 20 minutes, ₹1800 for up to 40 minutes, and ₹2400 for more than an hour).

During our follow-up visit today, we waited for over an hour despite arriving on time for our scheduled appointment. Once again, I requested to speak with her and was finally given a few minutes to share the patient’s background. After listening, she advised continuing the same medication. Because she interacted with me for about 5 minutes, we were again charged ₹1200, even though her listed fee for up to 10 minutes is ₹700.

******** *** ********** **** ************ ********** The advice she gave the patient regarding behavioural changes was similar to what we have already been encouraging. After 20 days of medication, we haven’t observed any notable improvement in the patient’s behaviour.
