I would never ever recommend this lady to anyone.She doesn't even have any professionalism because when I visited her she did not even listen to my problem and she was sitting with her non doctor friend in her cabin and she asked me to show my wounds in front of her friend because of which I felt really embarrassed...I strongly feel that she doesn't care about the privacy of the patients problems and she acted as if my skin problem is never gonna get cured.

I was really upset when I came back after consulting Mrs.Gaikwad and I don't care of my consultation fees worth ₹400 which I paid ,I would really not purchase or follow any medication that she has recommended because her behaviour has really put me in a doubtful situation **** ** **** ********** *** ******* ** ***** ****** ** ***** ******** *****

Also I tried to call her and greeted her saying Namaste however,she simply ended the phone on my face sayimg that "mujhe nahi malum" which was so unprofessional.

I had a really bad experience with this doctor. I have consulted doctor for my wife as she was facing hair loss issue. During our first visit, she has given us medicines for 15 days and suggested to use another kit as well, which was not available at that moment in the clinic. And she said that I can collect it after 10 days and which will cost approximately 1000 rupees. After a few days, I have gone to the clinic to collect the same, the receptionist took me to the doctor and they gave me the kit, but when I ask for the prescription, I was asked to wait in the queue until my turn. I was really surprised that, she was ready to give me the kit on the spot without prescription, but I need to wait in the queue if I need the prescription. Which means, do I need to pay the consultation fee again which is 400 rupees? I was really frustrated and had to leave the clinic without purchasing the product.

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr Rohini Gaikwad. I have had nothing but positive experience. Dr Rohini is very humble kind and gentle. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable when it comes to sharing your problems with her. She listens to your issues with patience even if you have visited her beyond her working hours. 1. Waiting in the queue for long time.

2. MR were meeting the doctor during business hours. Actually patients should get first priority to meet the doctor.

3. It looks like my treatment is not done properly. I was suffering form skin problem since a month, doctor just told its a fungal infection, gave some medicine which didn't work on me.

4. My grandmother's home remedy work on me n I get the good result in 2/3 days. Now I'm perfectly fine.

5. Consulting fee was too high. That's the reason I didn't get back to the doctor and took home remedy.

The doctor was very good. She patiently saw all the areas where itching was going on inspite there was such a heavy rush.

I really appreciate her patience and the way she looked at my problem so closely and prescribed medicines. She also did not give any unnecessary tests. I have come to her for my mom and wife earlier and everytime she was like this only.

Besides this the medicine she gave last night, i recovered from 1 dose only which is unbelievable and gives lot of confidence.

My first visit by appointment via practo was really up to the mark,I appreciate Dr.Madam for her awareness of the time even though there were many patients. She is a thorough professional, hears u patiently & accordingly prescribes the medicine. Hopefully her treatment will give + ve results.
