Choosing Psychology as her major in college was a decision that came very easily since she was always inclined towards helping others. Her journey in this field was further enriched when she completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology. Over the years, she has attended many workshops and training programs to keep abreast and updated with the newest approaches and therapies. The recent most feathers in her cap are completing the Advanced Practicum in RE-CBT (Rational Emotive – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) from the Albert Ellis Institute (AEI), New York, USA and the Advanced-Applied training in RE-CBT with children and adolescents from the same institute. When deciding on a therapist, it is especially important to feel a connection with the one you choose. My husband has been seeing Dr Tanu for a little over a month now. She is so warm and amiable. She is extremely attentive and has the ability to put things into a proper perspective which has been extremely helpful for him. I as the support system, am so pleased with the progress he is making under her care. We still have a way to go but I’m certain we made the right decision to go with her.

I went to dr. Tanu during one of the lowest times of my life. Not knowing what to do, I had brain fog and lack of motivation to do anything. A couple of months of therapy sessions every week helped me turn my life around completely to the way it was before. I am happy, at peace and generally much better now. I would highly recommend seeing her for any counseling/therapy needs.

Life does not get easy or difficult by someone's/something's existence, their presence may make the way you deal with life easy/difficult. Dr.Tanu has always patiently heard me out and helped me get solutions to my problems. When I first came to her,I honestly did not know how the girl who is unable to share emotions with her loved ones is going to talk about her feelings with someone she hasn't known for long. Ever since my first session with Dr.Tanu, talking about what I am feeling has always felt natural. For someone who does not like meeting a lot of people, therapy sessions are something I always look forward to. Though I have not overcome OCD completely, I feel a lot more better than I did a year ago and I cannot thank Tanu Ma'am for helping me out so much and for being my human diary where I rant out almost anything and everything going on in my life
