Her career spans work in both India and Sydney, where she has deepened her expertise in trauma and family dynamics. With foundational training as a Level 2 IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist, Her bring a multi-certified in individual therapy, couples therapy , family therapy, play therapy, parenting expertise and this help her have an integrative approach to therapy. Whether addressing trauma, family dynamics, or personal growth, difficult emotional situations, relational difficulties and other stressful situation, Her strives to be a personable, proactive, and grounded therapist. Her methods are tailored to foster repair and growth, guided by compassion, and respect for each client’s values and life context. She is deeply committed to building a positive, trusting therapeutic rapport, creating a safe space for clients to explore their concerns, and developing healthy coping strategies.Her goal is to empower clients with tools that align with their unique needs, helping them to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
