Experiences:I have more than 9 years of experience as an Occupational therapist.Currently I am Working at two Places, Children's Academy School, Malad E. and Healing Arts Rehab Centre, Malad W. in Mumbai.In U.S.A. I had more than 4 years of OT experienced in both school set up as a Paediatric OT as well as Hospitals as an Adult Rehabilitation OT.In Mumbai, since 2012, I have worked as both Paediatric OT as well as an Adult Rehabilitation OT in many private set ups.As Paediatric OT, I have experience of treating children's issues like ADD, ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities etc. Experienced in evaluating and writing OT report as well as guide and help the parents of such children to get further Specialised disability reports from Nair or K.E.M Hospitals in order to get academic concession for their children according to their disability levels.As Adult OT, I have experience of treating most of the adult case with physical/neurological disabilities.Experienced in treating any functional disabilities caused due to any Orthopaedic /Neurological conditions like Joint Pain, stiffness, muscle weakness Post surgery of Fracture/ joint replacement/ligament injuries/tendon tear/hand injuries/neurological cases like Paralysed, Parkinson’, dementia etc Expert in daily living activities independence training (home environmental rehab programme).
