Helping Hands Therapy Centre

After my Shoulder surgery, Orthopedist advised me to start with Physiotheraphy.. Came across "Helping Hands Therapy Center", and gave it a try.. And the try turned out to be a 'bulls-eye' for me..

I consulted Dr. Shubhangi Patole from Helping Hands Theraphy Center.

I would say, she has immense knowledge in Physiotherapy. Her approach of understanding a patient, his/her emotions, and most important understanding the exact problem has really impressed me. She helped me kick all the negative thoughts around me.

Just two physio sessions, and I can see a great change in range-movements and stiffness. She always has alternatives/exercises ready, right from ground-zero to advanced level.

Very confident about my recovery. Thumbs up!

Very time punctual n too friendly very good at her work n convince people nicely n being good to very one n sometimes aggressive ya but it's k so the parents may also be punctual
