Dr Rochelle was very nice in listening to all my problems and giving proper explanation to it. The first experience was really good- it wasnt hard at all to open up to her. Would really recommend.
When I started therapy with Rochelle, I was going through a lot of anxiety and mood swings. Rochelle from the get-go made me feel extremely comfortable talking about my feelings and acknowledging what I was going through. Through my sessions with her I have seen a drastic shift in my emotional and mental health. I am less anxious, less stressed. She not only listens to you with an open mind, but also provides practical exercises that you can work with to help recenter yourself. I am really thankful to have met her.
