When I first started my sessions with Rochelle, I was at a point in my life where I truly believed that my anxiety and depression would always play a factor in how I perceived the world around me.

Everyone deals with issues differently. I went from believing that handling them alone was the only way to believing that getting help for it was the right way. There is strength in realising you need help and getting it from the right person.

The sessions that I have had with Rochelle have helped me at a profound level. She has listened patiently and encouraged me to share my story without the fear of being misjudged or misunderstood. But most importantly she is helping me rewrite the story in a way that will ensure it has a happier ending.

She has helped me navigate through life with a more positive outlook and an open mind to learn and work on myself and my relationships. Her warmth and guidance has played a pivotal role in a journey where I went from feeling helpless and dejected to feeling hopeful and gaining a newfound appreciation for the possibilities that the future holds.

The truth is that she is giving me my confidence back and allowing me to rediscover all the pieces that have made me who I am. And most importantly, to be proud of who I am becoming.

I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling - be it with something big or small. If you are looking for someone who is able to wade through murky waters, however deep, and help pull you out when you feel like you are sinking then Rochelle is definitely the right choice!

We had a very good experience with Rochelle. She made my daughter feel comfortable from day one and helped her to work with her struggles. She felt like she spoke with someone who truly cares. I liked the overall experience and talking about our emotions.

Started my therapy in may and terminated it just a week ago. 5 months is all it took to get through what I needed to, with the help of Rochelle. If it weren't for her, and her guidance on how to deal with my anxiety, my thought process, and various other things, I would not have reached termination anytime soon. She can be very easy to talk to, and she will listen to all of it before she gives you her take on it. As a person who does not speak to much, i have started to learn how to do so and that is one of the good things that I've learned through my therapy with Rochelle. Would strongly recommend her.
