My mother who is over 70 years underwent a surgery due to a fall and was bedridden for 2 months as doctor had advised not to touch the foot down.

Dr Pranali Chheda who works at Ashwini hospital treated my mother during the recovery phase at home by introducing simple exercises in the beginning and then gradually stepping it up so that my mother was able to gain strength and walk on her own again. Dr. Pranali is a very special find. Her approach and expertise set her apart from several other Physiotherapists I have met in Mumbai. With due respect, several physios I have met do the typical exercises mechanically, without trying to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Pranali is a compassionate Sports Physio with expertise in some special techniques and is hands on in her treatment. I came to realize that this is due to the fact that she did her Masters in the US. For a soft tissue injury in my hand, she started from gently examining my neck. This is what sets her apart. She also helped with fine tuning exercises for my lower back strengthening.

She is very efficient *** ******* in her treatment. I had terrible ache in my neck which she treated to very well. My pain went away in a weeks time as it responded well to her exercises and advice.
