In the past three years, working with Dr. Mansi has been nothing short of life-changing. Before her, I struggled to find help. I went to three psychologists, but none could quite pinpoint the root of my crippling self-doubt, which stemmed from narcissistic encounters in my life. Her insightful sessions and gentle guidance were a revelation. She's not just a psychologist; she's a wise teacher, weaving valuable life lessons and psychology into our sessions. This holistic approach empowered me to not only identify the root of my under-confidence but also confront it head-on. Her unwavering support has been a lifeline, pulling me out of a place of hopelessness and guiding me towards a life filled with hope and possibility. If you're hesitant about therapy, Dr Mansi is a beacon of understanding. She's more than just a therapist; she's someone who can empower you to thrive, not just survive.

Working with Mansi has been good for me. She creates a safe space where I feel heard and understood. Her approach is both professional and empathetic, making it easy to open up about anything. I appreciate how she tailors her methods to fit my needs, whether it's through talk therapy or practical exercises. Overall, I've seen improvements in my mental well-being since starting sessions with her.

I took majorly online sessions being a little doubtful that this would work (it was my first time getting therapy) but ever since the beginning, Mansi had a great way of explaining what I was facing when feeling stuck, anxious, overthinking, etc.
We worked through a lot of individual issues that I felt blocked me from personal & professional development and achieving my best potential. Working backwards on particular issues that I wanted to tackle has been super helpful, specially through a lot of inner child work and I finally saw a lot of my energy freeing up again allowing me to live normally and be excited about life again. Her style is very friendly + wise at the same time and I didn’t feel like I was being judged/attacked/declared mentally ill when being vulnerable.
Although not all the way where I want to be yet, these sessions have helped me learn & implement practical ways of dealing with emotions like anxiety, stress, etc. by myself so, I’ve gone from taking weekly sessions to less frequent sessions now (quarterly/ as & when I feel the need to). I would 100% recommend anyone facing similar issues to work with Mansi.

I was in a mess when I visited her..didn’t know if life could be back to what it was.. however after many therapy sessions it has become better.. I was very adamant to not try medication.. she helped me understand my situation and convinced me to go for it.. and this really helped me recover.. therapy and medications do take time and it isn’t a quick fix but it’s extremely helpful!

Being confronted with a practical evaluation was not something I initially thought would be beneficial. However, I appreciate the way Dr. Mansi approached it – practical yet mindful and content. I value her in-depth explanations about the challenges I was facing, and her encouragement reminded me that it's okay to be in the mental space I was in, as it is part of the process. Overall I know I will keep going back and forth to her with breaks but I do recommend her.

'I am fine' we all seem to carry this slogan every day of life. I kept asking myself. I had a home and parents supporting me financially when required, then why I was unhappy? Why do I go to sleep crying sometimes? Why my career or life was not progressing?
I had tried counselling before but somehow never connected with the counsellors. They gave me advice and changes to be made, and I would be ok or feel better for a while. But after a while, I still felt empty or like I was not putting enough effort to change to improve or that I was not enough.
Mansi taught me to say,' No, I am not ok. I need help, and even with all so-called facilities/luxuries available, it's ok to fill what I am feeling.'
Mansi made me realise for the 1st time in my life to accept myself the way I am. To stop apologising or feeling guilty for not being the way my family or society excepted me to be. And for the 1st time in 36yrs of my life, I began to heel. Mansi helped me rather than trying to 'fix me.
I have been visiting Mansi for the past two years. Even with breaks due to covid and then losing my job, I have cleaned many cobwebs from my mind. And looking at things differently for the 1st time.
She lets you decide the speed of the session or what you want to talk about. Never once does she forces a topic on you, 'like we should discuss this or that.' I remember sessions where I couldn't stop venting for the whole session, and she patiently listened and saying without words, 'what I was saying is important.' I am very grateful for that.
I know I am going to continue visiting Mansi and continue heeling myself. I will strongly suggest that you do so, too, if you are still telling yourself that you are just feeling fine.'
It's important to be kind to one another, but being kind to yourself is most important.
