“I had been suffering from several health issues like hypothyroidism, anemia, fatigue, and obesity. My health parameters were quite poor until one of my relatives guided me to Dr. Mallika Kabra. From my very first telephonic conversation, I felt her friendliness, positivity, and warmth.

Dr. Mallika is full of affection and care. She asked me to get some tests done, and my health parameters were like a roller coaster. She patiently understood my lifestyle, diet habits, and daily routine before suggesting a personalized diet plan. Her approach was simple—100% organic food, slight changes in preparation methods, her own shared recipes, new food introductions, portion control, and supplements only where truly needed.

Within just 3 months, I noticed a big improvement in my health, including weight loss—achieved with only very moderate exercise but mainly by changing food habits and preparation. She ensured I got enough protein from plant-based sources (since I’m a strict vegetarian) and stressed staying hydrated.
