The doctor listened to me patiently and suggested 2 weeks of physiotherapy, which included focused exercises and electro-therapy. Since then, I have noticed a visible amount of difference in both, the swelling, which is hardly there now and a reduced amount of pain.
He offers personalised attention to each of his patients and will tweak the sessions and suggest exercises as per the intensity of your pain.
