I have been visiting Axis Orthopaedic hospital for rehabilitation post fracture and ligament injury. The therapists are friendly and actively engage with the patients.
Dr Puja always makes sure to demonstrate the right way of doing each exercise she's teaching me, which makes sure that the effect is on the appropriate muscles and I don't end up injuring any other muscles accidentally. I feel comfortable asking her doubts I have regarding the Do and Don't post the therapy session, and I have observed a great improvement in my injured muscles post the therapy.
