Dr Nazneen has been a doctor I fall back on as I have had reluctance & resistance towards getting treated cos I never believed in having a mental condition. I could share my strange details which others find difficult to listen but she put me at ease & also put up with my aggression by being most unperturbed. She very wisely tackled me & even paid heed each time I didn't want to overload on medicines. She even advised other techniques to manage my anxiety besides the meds,like keeping busy , going on a holiday etc. Having her on my side, readily responding, accessible even on whatsapp is comforting & reduces my anxiety :)

Mr chunilal the invoice e has been provided to you. Already. Secondly there was no follow up after the first visit. We had also said for psychometric testing. As you need the diagnosis as per the protocol we need that as we felt it was more then depression and anxiety if you needed the paper for insurance purposes we also have to make certain things clear since it’s a important document. We need what was the proper protocol. If you want us to twist things around for your convinence we are sorry we follow the correct route and can’t write what you dictate us to write thanks hopefully you find the right match who writes prescription as per your say and even the diagnosis. We don’t entertain such practice even if we have to take a negative review for the right cause. 🙏

I consulted her for a plethora of issues, but mainly how it was incredbly difficukt for me to focus on my work and i needed some help with it.

1. The assistant had kept calling my continuously before the consultation (it was online) and was informing me that the doctor wouldnt be able to connect with me on practo as she has some technical issues. She called some 4-5 times. I suppose thats fine, shes just doing her job.

I was informed by this doctor that I'd have to take a test that costs 6000rs and get blood work done additionally. Obviously when I heard this, i was disheartened. We need to follow a certain testing before we give medications. For a particular diagnosis the psychometric testing is done by a clinical psychologist. And not a psychiatrist And in your case those tests were essential If costing for test was a concern you should. Have connected clinic. Or we could have guided you to a government hospital. Since I have not treated you. This review is not appropriate. And adhd. Medications cants be prescribed without getting tested as a regulation

I have a very bad history of drugs and substance abuse. In the last couple of years I have consulted around 10 to 15 psychiatrists with experience ranging from 3 to 30 years. I finally found the perfect doctor for me. What makes her a good doctor is that she knows her medicines extremely well. What makes her a great doctor is that she is not one of the bad ones that want to keep you entangled for your entire lives by giving you the wrong medicines so that you stay addicted to them so that they can suck out every last penny from you. But what makes her an exceptional doctor is that she actually listens to you. Not only did she give me ample of time to explain my history and my problems but when I suggested that I would like these changes in my medicines she agreed to it. This was highly surprising for me as most of the psychiatrists have this ego that I am the doctor and you should listen to me. After Consulting so many of them I have had a very bad experience because they would get irritated if you asked questions about the medicines or requested for a change in the dosage according to you. Dr Naazneen not only listened to me but also agreed to the changes in the medicines that I wanted not once not twice but multiple times.But here is the best part that I found about her. I had chronic Insomnia and was not able to sleep without taking six sleeping pills. She completely took off those sleeping pills And gave me safer medicines So that I could sleep. I sent her a WhatsApp the other day stating that I slept well thank you mam and this was her exact reply "I was concerned about you so good you whatsapped.I am happy you got sleep". I was so shocked by the reply that how can a psychiatrist be concerned about me because of such bad history with so many psychiatrists. For 2 to 3 minutes I just kept staring at that message again and again. On that message itself I knew I had found the best psychiatrist in the world.If any of you have a bad history like me with psychiatrists, you can trust her blindly.Also her assistant doctor Farah messaged me the other day asking how I was doing with the new medicines. I don’t mind ur negative review at all because of ur mental health.
