Ms. Mithila Desai

I went to Dr. Mithila Desai when I had depression and anxiety issues filled with negative thoughts and self doubt. She happened to be so nice and friendly. She made me understand few cognitive distortions and how to respond to them positively.

During therapy, she listened to my story patiently and tried to understand the situation before making any suggestions. She is the best mentor. As a patient, you just have to talk to her, listen to her suggestions and apply it on yourself. After few therapy, you can actually see positive changes in you.

Dr. Mithila was available anytime when I needed her. Thank you doctor for being there for me when I needed the most.

I was recommended CBT for Anxiety by Dr. Mithila. Five session in, I strongly feel the treatment has brought a positive shift in my life. She correctly diagnosed my problem from the get go and after carefully hearing me at length. Other than that, she’s always available to talk on call or via text if need be. She’s also been extremely understanding and accommodating of my work schedule and giving an appointment when convenient to me. Dr Mithila’s sessions have made me deal with my on going battle with anxiety and brought a sense of awareness I earlier didn’t have.

I have been suffering from anxiety for past 1 year and for 2 weeks before the treatement started, i was not able to sleep without anxiety medicine for a minute even and due to which it affected my blood pressure also. I was getting into the stage of insomnia.

Just after first consultation i slept without medicine like a kumbhkaran and never felt like this before in past 1 year. Its been a month now and i have no sign of anxiety and sleeping issue this has been my first month in past 1 year that i have been feeling like this.

Though charges are bit high for a middle class person but at the end health is wealth.

Full treatment is without a single medicine.

I would definately recommend Dr Mithila.

We really liked the way she spoke to us. She heard us and gave us time to say everything that we needed to hear. Undergone few sessions till now and it has really helped. She doesn’t say what you want to hear but what you need to hear and yet you will not feel uncomfortable. Really friendly understands you and makes you feel really good. Seen many others and with everyone else felt that something is wrong with me but with her we feel nothing is wrong it is all how I am dealing with normal stuffs. Looking forward to more sessions. Have felt a drastic improvement in the conditions with just few sessions. I highly recommend everyone to see her at least once and you will definitely love the therapy. She always replies to your texts and reverts your calls. What better if you are off medicines soon or you are back to your normal happy motivated self soon.

I was recommended CBT therapy by Dr.Mithila We had around 4 video call session and 2 voice call. After that she went for break in Feb due to some personal reasons. But wen she came back she didn't care to schedule the appt or inform when she will start the work. I msged her asking for refund bcoz i lost the trust in her and we had gap of arnd 2 months in the session where i needed her the most. I reached to her for refund she stated she don't hav refund policy and i can avail benefits in future. She took 24k in start for therapy. If I am sick right now why I am gonna take session in future?? please have refund policy or don't take money in start.

I'm in the mid of my treatment, and I have seen a lot of positive changes in myself. Dr Mithila is so good to talk to, not only I feel lighter after talking to her, but she gives my thoughts the right direction. She also scheduled my sessions with such intermittent gaps which ensured that I'm not over reliant on the treatment alone on a temporary basis. I would surely recommend her treatment.

She is very patient, non-judgemental & friendly. Her sessions have helped me identify my fears. She listens very carefully, recognizes faults and patterns in the behaviour & thought process & then finds solution to work out. Overall good experience with the doctor. Initially me & my husband both were little nervous if we can share all our problems with her clearly or not but she understood us & made us comfortable & cleared our doubts. I have visited Dr Mithila Desai on numerous occasions over the years and my experience has been nothing less than life transformational. She's always been of immense help during the most challenging phases of my life. Her warm approach and friendly demeanour combined with the homely decor of her clinic instantly took me on a thoughtful introspective journey; from which I've always come out feeling positive.

I went to her at quite a troubling period in my life, not very different to her other patients. I found a doctor when needed her to be and a friend when I need her to be. Dr Mithila, is someone who held my hand and walked me across the street. Every time I face with similar difficulties and challenges just as before my approach to handle and manage my mental health has completely changed and I credit doctor for all of the improvement in my being. It is located in residential building. wait time was ok. I approached her for stress related issues. She listen to me for approx 15 mins. I did not got any observations, which may be expected from experienced professional. Neither suggestions for managing stress issues.
