Right Knee paining

My right knee is paining when I run or take steps to downstairs . While sitting, getting up or walking I don't feel any pain and it's normal.

Shoulder pain in upper movement

I had twisted my ankle while playing football 3 years back and though the pain went away after a few days ,i was still feeling a sense of instability and this was hampering my game.Also i wasnt able to I had twisted my ankle while playing football 3 years back and though the pain went away after a few days ,i was still feeling a sense of instability and this was hampering my game.Also i wasnt able to go for trecks as my ankle would swell if i walked long distances.I searched on Practo and decided to consult Dr.Larita at her powai clinic.Within a few minutes and some questions,she made me aware of what my exact problem was and what i need to do to get back to sports.A few sessions and the pain and swelling went away compeletly.Now i am undergoing rehab which includes exercises and functional training.She put me at ease and i was able to share my problems with her.She makes you so comfortable that you feel like you talkin to your friend.She answers calls as well and is very approachable.If you suffering from any sports injuries,Do visit Dr.Larita once.A very helpful doctor.Would recommend her Thank u Larita more..

Visited For Neck Pain
I had neck pain since many years,but it increased since a few months and i wasnt able to cope up with my work due to this constant nagging pain.I visited Dr.Larita at Powai and was much better right a I had neck pain since many years,but it increased since a few months and i wasnt able to cope up with my work due to this constant nagging pain.I visited Dr.Larita at Powai and was much better right after the first consultation with her. *** ** ****** ************* *** a experienced physio. When I went to Dr. Larita Pais 3 weeks back, i was painfully limping due to an internal knee injury. Now I can swim and do mild cycling without any pain. Now I can swim and do mild cycling without any pain. I strongly recommend Dr. Larita Pais to anyone with a sports injury. *** ** ************* *** her confidence gave me confidence that I will fully recover.

I got an ITB Injury during marathon training at 27th KM, but I kept running in pain for another 3 KM. This worsened the injury, so I had to completely stop my training. Two weeks of rest thereafter did not fix the problem. However, I still went to run in the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon with the injury. During the race, ITB pain started after the first 1.5 KM, but I kept running for the remaining 40+KM inspite of the excruciating pain. I had made up my mind to finish it come what may. So, I struggled and completed my first Full Marathon (42.195 KM) on 15th Jan 2017.

Then I reached Dr. Larita Pais for treatment. She told me that my ITB Pain was due to a flexible Meniscus and low muscle strength. She did some muscle knot releases which were painful but gave immediate relief. The Meniscus however was tough to heal and took another seven Physio sessions to get me to a walkable condition from a painful limp. Now I can swim and do mild cycling. However it will take another 5-6 weeks for me to fully get back to previous form. I got lucky that my Meniscus did not completely tear, or else I would have had to undergo knee surgery. So, I would not recommend anyone to run with knee pain. The best course of action is to stop immediately and go to a Physio for advice.

Dr. Pais was quick to diagnose my problem, and taught me exercises to prevent and treat back and pelvic pain.She was very helpful and I could call upon her outside my appointment times as well.It's because of her help and constant encouragement, I could continue working in office upto a week before my due date.She is truly blessed with healing hands.Thank you for your efforts in keeping me fit, Dr.Pais!!!
