Dr. Aditya Tiwari

The rapt attention and patience with which he listens to and understands your deepest problems is remarkable. I have visited multiple psychiatrists/ psychologists over time as I was in different cities but not once have I come across a psychiatrist who also dons the hat of a counsellor so very well. There is a lot of clarity in the way he explains things which in itself has a massive therapeutic effect. He will give you different perspectives to look at your thoughts/ situation which will begin alleviating the fears in the bud (mind) itself even without the medication. You begin to observe your brain playing tricks with you.

The fact that he is also into spirituality only enhances the takeaway from the sessions (yes, you can almost call them sessions rather than an appointment). What I also liked is how much time he spends on each patient and how he maintains an entire track record of the progress witnessed.

One more thing, I was skeptical initially about using homeopathy because I thought any material impact would take months to materialize but his powdered doses helped almost within 3-4 days. That was just as quick as allopathy.

I know not many would be reading this, but whoever is, just in case you are in doubt of whether to visit a psychiatrist or not, please just go. It will almost always have a positive bearing on your life. There is nothing to lose and you will likely return with a lot more perspective.

In life, we all encounter situations that bog us down, and if left unaddressed, can take a toll on your mental and emotional health further leading to physical ailments. That's a brief understatement of what happened with me, and I decided to take charge and see someone who could offer me a fresh perspective, and eventually a way to deal with my problems, without tearing my hair apart. I visited Dr. Aditya and spoke about everything I could think of, that was causing me distress. He listened, empathized, and offered me a fresh outlook towards old matters, which left me feeling lighter, and stress free. I realized I go for a massage when my body hurts, and one session with him was nothing short of a mind massage, so to speak. It left me feeling refreshed, and with renewed strength and courage to face life's difficulties with confidence and awareness. I highly recommend him to anyone facing any kind of mental/emotional issues. You will learn to laugh at your problems, and grow out of situations and feelings that don't serve you any longer.

He always gives logical explanations and practical solutions. He understands different people’s way of communication and is able to communicate in the same way. He’s very friendly and you can open up about the deepest and darkest and scariest thoughts you have and his way of giving solutions makes you feel that it was the right thing that I opened up, because then you start feeling lighter. He’s like a friend who makes time for you and ready to listen whatever you want to say with proper advice and solution.

I have known Dr. Aditya since many years and I can easily say he is the most genuine doc I have met so far. He knows how to pull you out of difficult situations and things what I like the most about his treatment are his doable action plans, never labelling or tagging an individual with a problem, wonderful relatable egs that he gives for you to understand the issue and introspect, gives ample time for the patient to express themselves and never judges you for who you are.. You don't have to go prepared or think twice, you can just be yourself even if you are at your worse. He is very easy to connect with. For me, each time I consult him it is like looking in a mirror and self assessing myself subtly bringing me back to track from any deviations. The session with Dr. Tiwari provided a great deal of clarity and peace to me. I wasn't aware that counsellors would provide such direct & clear feedback. If I'd know sessions would be like this, I would've met one much sooner (he is the first counsellor I've ever consulted).

The sessions were helpful & within 4 sessions Dr. Tiwari was able to articulate & verbalize few things which I'd been grappling to understand for over 5 yrs.
