Dr. Shivani is one of the kindest and most efficient doctors I've met, till date. She explains every aspect of the procedure and how it will benefit me. During the PRP treatment especially, has been really empathetic, gave my daughter plenty of time to settle down and would take pauses in between injections. She did everything possible to make her feel at ease and reduce the discomfort. She is friendly, approachable and extremely humane. During the consultation too, she explains the medication and treatment in detail and patiently. I'm very happy with the overall experience.
