Aarti's analysis of my disorder was immensely accurate. It took me 1 session with Aarti to know that she takes the time to listen to her patients. She treats you as a person (human being) rather than a 'subject'. She never looks at the clock.. allowing you to say everything that's on your mind. She's patient - even when she's heard the same story over and over again, she'll allow you to finish speaking and she'll hear you out patiently and she won't dismiss anything you say. I never felt that Aarti ever judged me and this helped me open up to her even more about myself. She's extremely accessible by the phone and always responds back via text if she's unable to take the call. Aarti is systematic and thorough in her counselling techniques. She leaves no page unturned, however, she will never push you unnecessarily if she senses that a certain topic makes you uncomfortable. She is kind, displays a great deal of understanding and is really there for you when you need someone to talk to. From video calling to phone calls - she's always been accessible to me. She has also taken the time to meet with my parents and other doctors to get a greater understanding of what i was going through. She has really helped me overcome my anxiety and other issues. Medicine works.... but a good counsellor works better! With Aarti, i've learnt to maintain healthy boundaries with the people in my life (work, family & friends) - something I was unable to do before. She taught me how to overcome my fear of letting go... (its not easy and we're still working on it). My relationship with my parents has improved and also i find that I'm a better person as she's made me aware and understand my own shortcomings and has taught me how to handle situations in a better manner. My whole world was falling apart - from my personal life to my job to everything one holds dear and now.. almost a year later.. all i can say is that I'm in a MUCH better place. I'm truly grateful and feel blessed to have come across Aarti - ******** *** ********** ***** ****** ** **** ** *** ******** time and patience with me has. I'm honestly grateful and I know that Aarti would work wonders for anyone under her care!

I sought out therapy sessions from Dr. Arti to help find the root of my anxiety and depression. She is a straightforward, clear and explains thought processes in an enlightening way. Dr. Arti has given me exercises to carry from our sessions into my every day life to help identify bad feelings/thoughts and change them. She has made me feel less alone by acknowledging that my issues are not uncommon and pointing out the stresses I am taking on and how they seem to be affecting me. I'm happy that I found Dr. Arti and am on a path to recovery because of her sessions.

Self knowledge is the best way to make your life better, and she is the best catalyst for that!

I started seeing Dr Arti for counseling as I am suffering from depression. I really like going to her and talking about my problems. I've had 3 sessions so far and I wish to continue till I recover. I love the way she explains things in a certain way which I would've never thought of. I also loved the fact that she gave me homework for self love which makes me feel really good about myself.

She is a wonderful and amazing doctor, she listen to your problem very carefully and treat according to that. Give every patient a personal attention. For me she is an Angel and God . Her counselling sessions are also great. She treated me very well that i recovered in a very short period of time, she test the patients with with 100%accuracy and her test reports are also 100%correct .No doubt she is a amazing and genius doctor, I feel very lucky and blessed to be treated by such honest and intelligent doctor
