Dr. Sheetal is nice and friendly. I visited her clinic for fixing dental implants 2 years ago, such implants are in a good condition till now. She explained all the implant related procedures very well before starting a treatment and also discussed with me alternatives available in my case, which helped me to make an informed decision. The whole treatment is completed smoothly and it's worth the money. Her clinic is clean and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. This was my first experience with Dr S Gore. I got my tooth extracted.

1. Covid care at entrance found upto the mark.

2. Covid Hygiene levels were perfect for instruments and facilities inside premises.

3. Treatment went perfect no pains post treatment.

4. Doctors advice, facilities *** ********* is excellent.

Improvement points

1. Doctor should be reachable on phone whenever called for minor query . Whenever called for any issue the support staff attended call but service not satisfactory and answers not to the mark.

Dr. Sheetal Gore was precise crisp and clear in explaining what was the concern. Covid declaration was taken. Oxymeter and temperature check is done everytime for all. A new Full PPE kit is given to every patient every time and is disposed after the appointment.

She gave the Explanation of the concern in a manner very easy to understand. One hundred percent comfortable. No pain whatsoever. Post Root canal prescription directions was clear. Humble and totally reasonable. Thank you Practo thank you Dr. Sheetal Gore.
