Dr Rujuta was so friendly and clear in her explanations on the treatments. My time is precious and the clinic checked me in swiftly and Rujuta was on time. Additional treatment was also carried out within my timeslot which was greatly appreciated. Most of all, it was her friendly nature that made the visit very pleasant.

My wife and I have been old patients of Dr. Rujuta Chitnis Karnik, even before she started her own clinic at Andheri (W). She is very highly qualified, extremely competent, soft-spoken, clearly explains the problem and the treatment needed to resolve the issue. My wife and I are fully satisfied patients. Dr. Rujuta Chitnis Karnik is our most preferred Dentist. She adheres strictly to appointment timings, which significantly reduces waiting time for patients at her dental clinic, Gums & Roots, now located near Good Shepherd Church in Andheri West. The highest possible standards of hygiene are maintained at her dental clinic.

Dr Rujuta Karnik and Dr Neeraja Keni both are a set of exceptionally skilled doctors. The ease with which they handle even the most precise treatment is unparallel. Both the doctors are very friendly, will explain the problem and the procedure to the patient in the most simplified manner.

I had a great , painless Dental experience at their clinic. The clinic also to mention, is spacious with beautiful interiors. The whole atmosphere of the place itself with soothe down all your nerves and calm you down before seeing the dentist.

Visiting for the first time, I was extremely comfortable with the doctor thanks to her friendliness and understanding of the topic. She heard me well, explained me the issues ans the process.

The procedure was painless and not at all nervousing. After all these years I finally got a dentist I will visit again :)

A very nice and charming clinic and very satisfied with the overall experience. Was quite scared initially because of having to treat 3 cavities but the the doctor was extremely gentle and quick.

Would surely recommend Gums and Roots for people who need dental attention. Great stuff you two!
