I have paid some amount to Dr. Jignesh patel for online consultation but it was thru Practo website when I called dr. He said I haven't received any money for your consulting pls reply immediately with next action..I have invoice copy also for the same..
Staff on hospital phone was very rude and did not give appointment. Asked to call back again at 5.30 pm.
I do not recommend Dr. Jignesh Patel because he was not available at the appointment time. I was informed only half an hour before, after already starting from home, and there was no apology or assistance offered.
He said my asthama was not severe and yet he gave me 3 oral medicine, one daily pump and one nasal spray. ** *** *** **** ***** ******** ******** *** went by reports of two years ago.
