Himani will listen to your entire schedule / eating habits and make a plan accordingly. I have lost 4.5 kgs in a month and only by diet given by her. I have a busy schedule so I could not work out but Himani had informed that 80% is the diet that cause weight loss. I was very satisfied with the diet , as it did not keep me hungry throughout the day or no crash dieting. I would recommend you to visit her personally . Then I decided to meet Himani to sort out and she literally changed my eating lifestyle and for hostellers it’s but difficult to manage out things specially when it comes to food, she helped me with lots of recipes and suggestions for substitutes for which helped me to reach to my desired results!
