I was on a short trip to India alone and I suddenly fell quite sick with fever, body ache, and was unable to get up from my Hotel bed. I took a video consultation with Dr. Vigi. She was very attentive and carefully listened to me, asking clarifying questions where necessary. She then provided detailed guidance and reassurance. She subsequently also answered questions and provided additional inputs via chat. She used to give me almost half an hour of her time on call, explaining me everything and also taking an extra effort to help me manage anxiety. A very warm and understanding doctor. Had approached her for a small issue of congestion and she made sure to ask all possibilities of my issue including my medical history, rather than just taking my word for it and just writing a prescription for the issue that I described. Really liked her approach and I’d recommend her for consultation.

She seemed kind and cared about my mom. I was a little worried if it was Covid but the doctor suspected it to be UTI and prescribed medication accordingly. Fever subsided in a few days and she neither over prescribed medication or diagnostic tests. I would highly recommend her!!
