I recently got admitted under dr.tejal shah care. I was suffering from on & off fever. Later diagnosed with....Her efforts towards my treatment & admission is unexplainable. I dont have words to thank u dr. Tejal. U are the angel send on earth by god to cure the patients. U hv healing hands. After my husband u saved my life. Her treatment is the best.
