Dr Kavale was approachable, had patience to listen to my problems, evaluate and diagnosed my complaint promptly.

Dr was very impatient and did not even hear my inputs fully nor saw any of my reports. Just basis my 2min of my inputs she did diagnosis and advised me to go and see another doctor. Told her to check and confirm from vertigo perspective as she is vertigo specialist in Ambani but I was curtly told it is not vertigo prob ******* **** ****** ******* *** ******** **. In past so many years of coming to this hospital and seeing so many doctors of different areas ***** ***** ****** *** ******** this was first Doctor who I found was ** rude & impatient and who does not even listen to patient probs nor see their reports and just basis few verbal inputs from patient shares her diagnoses *** ***** *** ******* *** ****. ***** ** ** ******** ********** *** ******* *** ** ****** ** **** ******** *** **** **** ** ***** *** **** ** ***** *********** ******** ***********

At Kokilaben hospital she gave me estimate of 3.75 lakhs for neck Surgery of Cyst removal. After surgery bill was 5.60 lakhs.when asked about additional cost, she said she has kept additional surgeon in surgery. Which she never informed me before surgery. Hospital charged for tow aenesthesia twice assistant dr fee. She did not inform all this prior to surgery.

From the first moment itself, the doctor seemed uninterested and started making assumption without even listening to the symptoms. She was rather condescending and ended with giving no feedback, no medicines and no information even. She asked me "to figure out the problem". Extremely unprofessional and pricey (at Rs. 1500 for a 3 minute appointment). Wouldn't recommend her at all.
