Dr Kavale was approachable, had patience to listen to my problems, evaluate and diagnosed my complaint promptly.

At Kokilaben hospital she gave me estimate of 3.75 lakhs for neck Surgery of Cyst removal. After surgery bill was 5.60 lakhs.when asked about additional cost, she said she has kept additional surgeon in surgery. Which she never informed me before surgery. Hospital charged for tow aenesthesia twice assistant dr fee. She did not inform all this prior to surgery.

Also the original problem of cyst formation appeared again within 10 days of Surgery.

For post surgery follow up hospital charged for Rs.1800 and she just saw me for 30 sec and said all ok. 1800 rs for 30 second of follow up consultation at Kokilaben hospital

From the first moment itself, the doctor seemed uninterested and started making assumption without even listening to the symptoms. She was rather condescending and ended with giving no feedback, no medicines and no information even. She asked me "to figure out the problem". Extremely unprofessional and pricey (at Rs. 1500 for a 3 minute appointment). Wouldn't recommend her at all.

I went to visit her with my elderly parents and she was unapproachable. It was only when we told her that we have come through Dr Santosh Shetty that her tone changed a little. ***** ***** ******* ** *** ** **** ** * ******* ****** ******** ***** Never had such an experience with a doctor ever!

She does not know how to empathize the patient *** ****** ***** ** **** *** *** *********** with out even listening to the patient with her imprudent behavior too rude to handle that showcase how unprofessional she is ! ** *** ** ********** **** *** ********* ** *** ***** *** ******* she referred me to a neurologist and opthalmologist would never want to get treated from a doctor like her
