A couple of months ago, my brother started experiencing intense earache and noticed that it had affected his hearing ability. So, I booked an appointment via Pristyn care that very day for my brother. The doctor found out that he had erupted a hole in his eardrum and needed to undergo surgery. He got the surgery done after 2 days of consultation. It came as a surprise that he got the surgery date so easily. Although we did not like the diet he got in the hospital but still the overall experience in the hospital was nice.

I was feeling pain a firecracker had burst near my ear and in the next few days, I also observed that my hearing ability was getting affected day by day. I literally panicked and started looking for the best ENT doctor in Pune. However, after going through profiles of many doctors, I booked an appointment and visited Dr. Poovra Kale at Pristyn Care clinic in Pimpri. He diagnosed that my eardrum had ruptured and tympanoplasty was needed. I agreed to undergo the surgical treatment but was a little bit scared from inside as well as I have never gone through any surgery in my life. Moreover, to my surprise, Dr. Poovra carried out the surgery painlessly in less than an hour and I was discharged on time. The follow-ups were free, and I faced no problem in reaching out to the doctor whenever I needed his advice. I found the environment to be highly professional henceforth I recommend Pristyn Care.

I have been suffering from a severe headache with a blocked nose for quite a long time. I was not sure at first for consulting doctor regarding the same no medications has worked for me till now. Still, I went to Pristyn care clinic in pune. Although the consultation fees were greater than what I expected, it was worth it. The doctor told me that I can go for a septoplasty as there is a problem in the nasal structure. I was scheduled for surgery after a couple of days. Till the day of the surgery, the doctor asked me to follow some instructions. The surgery went well. They even provided me food after the surgery. I followed their instructions after the surgery which helped me recover fast.

Dr. Poorva Kale has been real professional, she called and informed me to start 15 min later. She didn't enforce any medication as problem can be self treated and listened to all related issues. She even took special attention towards covid safety and suggested me to call directly for any issue. Although I never had to but felt good with her sweet gesture and professionalism.

My experience: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Visited Dr Kale for ear ache. * ***** * **** ** ********* ******* (pus was coming out of my ear n the pain was unbearable; couldn't eat or sleep) so when I called for a consultation an extremely arrogant person received my call who was not ready to say his name n was at the position of a Medical Coordinator at the clinic.

I requested him to please connect my call to the Dr or give me her contact info but he staight away refused - saying that the Dr is not available n then when I told him that there is a lot of discharge he simply said -- GO TO SOME OTHER DOCTOR.

Dr. Poorva had not informed us that there could be any complications n what to do if something happens so we were absolutely lost. N the Medical Coordinator was very impolite * **** ********* Let me remind you that this was not a favor that I was asking for but this was a SERVICE that I was PROMISED during my consultation.

Dr poorva is very good and she explains the issue very clearly and also prescribed the medication and doses very care fully and was happy to answer all my queries ...over all she is good doctor believe in fixing the things via medication and self healing rather than directly suggesting for surgery.

Visited the doctor for my mother's throat irritation and it was indeed, a pleasing experience. As we entered doctor's cabin, first question was "Which language should I speak?" and that brought in a level of comfort for my mum. And then, it was a family doctor kind of interaction between mum and the doctor, where she explained in detail the cause and possible cure. Best part was use of images to help us understand better.

****** ** **** *** its really difficult to connect with doctor post consultation for any further/follow up questions. I tried 3 days to connect suffering in pain. The management people are only willing to talk to you if you need appointment. For any other queries they will tell that they will connect you with doctor and never come back. *** ********* ********* **** ****** **** *** *** Finally i visited different clinic *** ** ********* ***** ** * ****

Dr. Poorva seems to know what are the causes leading to the infection and asked me to avoid them and also work on them in upcoming days so they don't get worse while takings medications timely. She is very calm and sorted and I really liked her behavior towards the patients.

*** ****** **** ** ****** *** ** *** **** *** ****** ** ******** I consulted him for my treatment of Sinusitis. I had been suffering from sinusitis since childhood. My treatment of sinusitis at Pristyn Care associated hospital was free of any hiccups, only the discharge took 2- hours extra but that is negligible. I think the doctors and the staff of Pristyn care does an amazing job of treating their patients with complete care.
