When I visited her , I had already given up ,my condition was so bad I couldn't even speak & I was at my lowest point ( very Suicidal ) there was no Hope literally I had consulted many big doctors prior but I was getting worse. I was about to lose my job, I was about to lose everything,I had hit rock bottom,den I consulted her ..She just told me to have trust in her, at the beginning some weeks wer very tough for me , but then Slowly I started to get better. It was very hard,impossible but I give so much effort for my recovery & She always replied to my messages and always helped me out with everything.. With the help of my family, my friends and doctor I know that I'll be alright.. I recommend anyone who is going through a bad phase to go to her, There is always hope, There is always Help.. After listening complete history, main causes of problem is determined. Practical Possible Solutions are suggested to overcome different psychological problems.

Supportive Medicines are provided only to the extent required. No heavy dose of medicines. Tendency is to reduce the medicines after comparing the recovery stages of patient.

Before visiting this Doctor, I was under medicines prescriptions from other Psychiatrist Doctors for more than 10 years.

At the time, when I approached this Doctor for my treatment, I have lost the hope to continue the Work in the current Field. I was willing to shift to another Career Option. I had lost interest and ability in current Field Office Work.

Now after 8 months of treatment, I am fully involved in existing Field Office Work. I did not shift to other Career Option because it was not practical approach. Now I am using my full efforts in existing Office Work.

First of all Dr payal treats patient by very friendly behaviuor weather its sexual problem or any other types of mental health problems . Dr payal is a female doctor and she gives teatment regarding sexual problem to a male schizophrenic or any other mental health problems .

I have seen 4 female doctors till now i have been diagnosed by mental health problem since 10 years all by old doctors wont even talk properly especially female doctors they only write the prescription and charge fees and wont even talk about or explain about mental health problem also i have seen male doctors which also wont talk properly they only charge fees they wont put any effort to ask me questions or any doubts relating to my suffering mental problems i cannot take their names here . I was not satisfied by their treatment but this doctor treatment is 10 times more effective as compared to my old female and male doctors . My old doctors were not giving any importance or they were not treating my sexual health problem my old doctors female use to ignore it they use to make faces they were irritated face they use to make as i use to tell about my sexual problem . I use to feel very bad i use to wait for 2 hours to three hours just to pay fees to my old doctors any they use to ignore my problems some female doctors told me that we will not treat you as i got rude answers from my old dictors i changed my doctor and my fourth doctor died due to virus covid he was also the best but after his death i met online Dr Payal i met dr payal for schizophrenia , anxiety , depression mixed , sexual problem . Now with her treatment medicines are working fine so i can live better *** * *** *** ** ***** ** **** ****** * Now i hope medicines works fine for me as i dont get side effects of medicines . As if now there is virus and there is lot of anxiety due to no social life and i am at home since almost 2 years also my treatment going on by my psychologist . As i am getting support from both by therepy talking and by medicines also .

I was on antidepressants since more than 17 year's but never felt 100 % relief. Having regular consultation & antidepressants still lastast month again had another episode of major Depression & anxiety. I am very much benifitted by Dr Payal's treatment. She gave full time to listen to me from the beginning. She kept on asking questions and also kept on encouraging me through out the session. Timing:-

When I reached, there were patients before and after me. And when my name was called, I just casually checked the time, and IT WAS ON TIME of my appointment, not a single minute +/- Amazing timing or my luck! But I was impressed!

Doctor Feedback:-

Dr. Payal Sharma Kamath, listened to me and my conditions so attentively (the kind of attention which I missed from my very own friends and family). She advised me further tests and prescribed some medicines, which I will start now.

After the initial course I've another appointment scheduled in 3 weeks time.

Well! They did their job, nothing exceptional. But no complaints!

Highly recommended, until I visit again, and see how my condition progresses. I hope it will ONLY improve!

To premature to comment, feel the medication recommended was too strong based on the initial nature of the concern. Medication needs to be coupled with counselling and other natural therapy for long term cure.

Anti Depressants suppress the problem, temporarily.

However the Dr .was patient and took time to understand the concern, and offered on the spot counselling

In such cases a written follow up on the therapy suggested (excluding medication) should be sent to the patient post visitation circa a template to be adhered to daily until the next consultation.

This is not to be taken as criticism but positive feedback as requested.

Dr. Payal is very brilliant doctor. I visited her for psychosexual issue and after first visit only I am noticing change. Her counselling skills are best. I was little sceptical initially while discussing extremely private issue with her but Her friendliness, openness and most importantly caring nature made me comfortable to discuss everything in detail. I strongly recommend Dr. Payal for your psychological issues. She is my first psychiatrist and I am going to continue her henceforth for all the psychological issues.

Dr. Payal gives me patient hearing & is always prepared to hear me out. She counsels me with honesty & great conviction which clearly shows that she need not have 20 or 25 years of experience. She never tries to judge me but instead makes me so comfortable that I share my problem which is so private. It has benefited me immensely to regain my confidence physically & emotionally.
