**** *************** It is a walk-in system and I arrived at 11.30 as I was told the doctor will be available from 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM. The doctor never arrived. When asked, the reception desk and nurses kept saying, "He is working in another OPD and we don't know when he will come here. The doctor didn't inform the hospital staff even when he was an hour late for his scheduled OPD. The lack of empathy was really discerning *** ***************

On the day of followup, for my left Eye Surgery, I was thinking Dr. J. Bathia will ask me to go ahead Right Eye Surgery immediately.
However I was asked to continue my glasses with existing number for R. Eye & 0 number with left Eye. Because no surgery urgency at the moment, indicated by the Doctor.
I really appreciate and value this decision, otherwise I would have agreed for Operation, if suggested.
This is very Frank and honest opinion of Dr. J. Bathia., same time Admirable. I am really proud of him.
