What started from a panic attack gradually manifested into lot of anxiety and over a period of time resulted into me having crying spells throughout the day. I started losing interest in things I use to love earlier and was unable to enjoy my daily life. Before reaching out to Dr. Hardik I tried taking counselling from some other doctor over video calls and also tried homeopathy medication for few months. Nothing worked for me and my situation started become worse from bad. I then decided to consult Dr. Hardik because i read few reviews about how he treated a patient with similar issue in the past. At my first OPD with him Dec 2020, he was able to do spot on diagnosis of the issue and prescribed me very limited medication. The doctor remember the details of all of the previous sessions and keeps visiting the areas I had difficulty coping with to check my progress. The advice and clarity provided is helpful and the overall approach is well paced. There is no rush to complete the session and getting an appointment is very easy and the doctor is always available for any emergencies on his personal number. The doctor also encouraged me to get my spouse along for a joint session to get a perspective from a third person and help with insights into my situation which I clearly wasn’t aware of.

He has been a thorough professional, super friendly and approachable at the same time. He made sure I was comfortable every single time that I have seen him. My husband underwent a brain surgery, post which his sleep patterns were very erratic. He had bouts of aggression and he would even resist physiotherapy sessions as he was irritable due to lack of sleep. In May 2021, we sought help from Dr. Hardik.

I have been visiting Dr. Hardik for over a year. It was my first time visiting a psychiatrist. I was very nervous but Dr. Hardik put all my anxieties to rest. He is very kind, considerate, and very thoughtful in his approach to patients. He always takes time to talk to the patient, answers questions, explains conditions and treatments properly. My appointments with him have always been thorough and detailed and he never rushed it when I had questions to ask. Dr. Hardik never makes the appointment feel mechanical, clinical, or de-personalized. It always feels like I am talking to a professional who genuinely wants to help me. Dr Hardik is very calm, listens to patient's problems in detail, and gives them the chance to speak their hearts out. Dr hardik is very humble, polite and soft spoken. Very punctual with appointments. Doesn't rush with his treatment and explains everything in detail. Considers cost of treatment as well and Prescribes minimum medicines. My brother has recovered extremely well under his treatment. He always attends call and doesn't avoid patient treatment offline as well.he gives morale support to help patient recover and builds that confidence of trust. Dr. Hardik, unlike the psychiatrist I went before would give a lot of time to listen, not judgemental, no harsh words to describe the condition, gives lot of options to review self, gives us good space to come up in detail about our issues that we hv gone to him - not rushing into put us into a box of diagnosis. Understands if we're short of our time in the city and adjusts our sessions accordingly.

He believes in seeing his patients in person than on call or video which in mental health case is the right approach.

I consulted Dr. Hardik for anxiety issues which were creating issues for me to live a normal life I used to be anxious most of the time and it was like I forgot to smile and enjoy my life, when I met him and explained my problem he understood my thoughts and feelings on the very first day and it was like he has hit the Bulls eye as far as my issues were concerned which was very important for me as it helped me to have complete faith on him and from the very first day onwards I was able to see changes in myself.
