Dr. Charuta Deshpande

Consulted Dr Charuta for my Mother, who was showing low mood, lack of sleep insomnia, irrelevant talking in morning and low energy levels after an emotional trigger. She is over 60 years and she has had these kind of episodes in the past due to emotional triggers which each time has caused severe insomnia and upset mood. Last time we resorted to allopathic sleeping tablets, which also weren't helping enough. I started seeing Dr Charuta a more than a year back for continuous health anxiety, consuming fear of something bad will happen, a constant sense of restlessness or discomfort which I was going through more since COVID times. I was already on an antidepressant for a few years, which wasn't able to help me with all the said symptoms. I wanted to try Homeopathy now and resisted to increase the dosage of my antidepressant.

They failed to treat me with acceptance or explore my issues deeply, which made me lose faith in the system. Dr. Charuta was the first professional who truly believed me when I shared my challenges. She assured me that there was something wrong—not with me, but with the circumstances—and that we could work together to fix it. This validation was a turning point, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood and hopeful.
