Along with being work focused he is also very friendly with patients and listens as well as understands the patient's issues very well and then gives medication. Not only does he provide the medical care bt also understands the financial aspect attached with a certain medical procedure and guides the patient accordingly. I Visited Dr.Arora with a medical condition which had troubled me through years and even after consulting multiple big names in the city the issue remained undetected. Dr.Arora carefully listened to my case history & went through all the previous case files & started the investigation from scratch. He successfully diagnosed my issue n gave the required medication accordingly and also explained me the issue in my case as well as showed me all the important findings in the case. He creates a friendly atmosphere with the patient so that there's no nervousness or dilleama. He is punctual to his timings. Highly recommended by me.

I reached Dr. Arora for a second opinion after a prolonged and painful admission at a different hospital for a small kidney stone. He was very prompt in diagnosis, detailed explanation of the condition and the most appropriate treatment for the same. My problem was addressed immediately and the cystoscopic removal happened within a day. The stent was removed within 3 weeks without much ado.

Apart from the treatment, Dr. Arora went a step ahead to advise me on areas where I could save on money, utilisation of insurance and future planning for the same.

Dr Avanish Arora, is the most diligent, far- sighted, practical medical professional I have come across. His ability to see thru clutter, makes him a walking talking MRI / PET scan machine… His precise judgement, especially where diagnosis and line of treatment is concerned is beyond compare… I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Avanish Arora. I have met numerous Urologists for my issues, but I personally find Dr Avanish too be far far better than the marque names too… DOC, continue the good work, and we shall keep asking for more..

The doctor is an extremely confident man, and has fixed ideas about how things should be treated. He does not get distracted by evidence, unique patient experience, and details peculiar to the case. He appears to have firm belief in the hypothesis that having a medical degree makes one a thoughtful doctor, that those without medical degrees are ignorant of their own bodies, and that doctors have never made mistakes in the history of mankind (remember blood-letting to treat sickness, refusal to accept that micro-organisms can cause disease, and so many others). He operates from straight out of the book, and reminded me that he is the doctor (and not me) when I told him that I need a larger dilator for my issue. He was recommending laser treatment which I was wary of undergoing because of its invasive nature. ***** ***** **** **** *********** *** I was in favor of more conservative treatments because they had shown promise. If he thought that what I recommended was not right it would have been enough to tell me that he would not be able to arrange for a larger dilator, and to stick with that answer if I requested again for a larger dilator. He might be a doctor and I might not be one, but that does not make him omniscient and me ignorant. Also, my body will always remain mine until I die, and I objectively know what is happening to it because I live in it and experience its sensations first hand every moment. He turns to standard practice while determining how to treat patients; I listen to my body directly. Naturally, I value my experience more. He does not have to agree with the latter, but it would have been enough to stop at conveying that he does not agree and it was uncalled for to point out that he is the doctor and not me.

My experience with Dr. Avanish was really pleasant. There was literally no wait time and he understood my concerns very well and worked accordingly. He also helped in sharing a lot of information related to the health issue and how to take precautions post operation. Would definitely recommend.

I visited him with enlarged prostate and considerable urine retention. From the word said go I was impressed with his style and down to earth approach. He has lot of patience to listen to you.
