Doc was very friendly and she explained the whole issue very patiently and the steps to be taken for the same.

I was experiencing irritation in my throat and was looking for timely medical attention. I reached out to Dr. Akanksha in a daytime, but could not speak with her as she was attending to patients in the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Akanksha's return call late in the evening to attend to me.Dr. Akanksha not only heared me out patiently but also diagnosed and recommended me treatment. In spite of having a long day at a hospital, she was calm and, in an unhurried manner, allayed all my fears. Perhaps, she understood I was fearful of my condition being anything serious (given the Covid-19) scare. I'm grateful to Dr. Akanksha for her timely advice and diagnosis as I recovered within two days. I highly recommend Dr. Akanksha for she upholds her duties towards patients above all.

I am a very highly strung patient.especially in the time of this pandemic but by Grace of God I went to her. the minute Doctor met me she realized that I was so nervous she immediately put me at ease. She was very very patient and it was though I was meeting my friend. The whole issue regarding my ear problem vanished and I felt so comfortable with she resolved the issue in one sitting. What put me more at ease that the clinic was so clean and she made sure no patient overlapped. I would recommend her to everyone.
