I was experiencing irritation in my throat and was looking for timely medical attention. I reached out to Dr. Akanksha in a daytime, but could not speak with her as she was attending to patients in the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Akanksha's return call late in the evening to attend to me.Dr. Akanksha not only heared me out patiently but also diagnosed and recommended me treatment. In spite of having a long day at a hospital, she was calm and, in an unhurried manner, allayed all my fears. I am a very highly strung patient.especially in the time of this pandemic but by Grace of God I went to her. the minute Doctor met me she realized that I was so nervous she immediately put me at ease.
