With no offence, doctor is a pretty calm guy . Barely speaks unless asked. I guess can be more interactive in solving patients doubt and giving more time in explaining the health issue rather than rushing into a decision in barely 7-10 mins . Bascially a doctor has to be more convincing to a patient regarding his health issue.
