I had severe acne on my back and that's when I decided to consult Dr Afzaa. She prescribed an entire routine both for my face and back. She explained everything in detail and answered every single one of my doubts. So I am suffering from hair fall issue and I consulted her first I was told it will be video call but then it was normal call she said to share the pic of my hair length and scalp, but then after the talk she didn't reply to any of my messages also she didn't suggest me the supplements and other things, just for the sake of earning. I think she was not showing interest. If I have to figure out everything myself why to pay someone else to do it in the first place. I trusted her but was let down.
