We consulted Dr. Avya Bansal for a second opinion regarding my father’s ILD, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Dr. Avya Bansal’s explanations were not satisfactory. He gave inconsistent answers about my X-ray and did not provide the clear information I was looking for, which left me confused and disappointed.

Dr. Bansal's professionalism, combined with his friendliness with the patient - was surely comforting, and with his Frank communication, we were able to resolve all our doubts with utmost clarity.

Moreover, he was very direct, along with being calm - and it always seemed that he put the patient first.

His priority remained the health of my mother (the patient) and he had a very sembling presence in the clinic.
