Dr. Ankita was very instrumental in identifying the root causes for my self-esteem and anxiety issues. I had consulted another doctor earlier for the same, however, Dr. Ankita's approach was very focused on solutions. She made me feel accountable for doing exercises recommended by her. She used multiple approaches to understand what works for me. At the same time the ultimate goal of all the exercises was the same.

Her approach was direct and she made sure all our sessions were meaningful with an end goal in mind.

Its been 6 months and I still use some exercises she had suggested to get myself back on track whenever I falter. She has helped in instilling self-love in me which was non-existent earlier. This in turn has made me eliminate self-destructive behaviour and habits.

Before I signed up for my sessions with Ankita, I had a different notion of counselling. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it is an in-depth process. I had four face-to-face counselling sessions over a span of two months and these have helped me become more in tune with myself, my thoughts and feelings, and that I could overcome my anxiety. What I liked about our sessions in particular are the techniques that Ankita shared with me, and the fact that she helped me follow them according to my hectic work routine. They were simple, easy to follow and practise, and helped me gain control of intrusive thoughts and focus more on the present. These could be used across stressful situations - and that's something that will help me throughout. She also offered interesting insights during our conservations with examples, many from her own life, which helped me relate to the process better. Her confidence and positive attitude regarding counselling rubbed on me and I believe that boosted my well-being.

Her counselling process is quite holistic and I have definitely benefitted a lot from it and experienced tangible differences in achieving the results I was looking for.

Ankita is highly receptive and certainly understands the individual needs, temperaments, personality traits, etc and effectively guides the patient. My husband has immensely gained through the counseling sessions conducted by her. The constant follow-ups from her end is truly appreciated. With her help and support, we were well equipped to deal with the health challenges that were faced.

My experinece of counselling with Dr Ankita was excellent . i suffered from eating disorder and major body image issues for a very long time ; despite of visiting many therapist and being on medication nothing worked out untill i began the sessions with her . she made me understand my problem in detail and was attentive to all my needs. i would strongly recommend her . she didnt make me feel like a patient and helped me have a positive outlook of life so that i could accept myself for who i was and that itself was so therapeutic. the amazing change in me is beyond words

Hi All, I had Anxiety issues which was aggravating because of my catastrophic thought process... that is when I met Dr Ankita for counselling... Besides giving me hope that situation in hand can be addressed with small changes in my thought process ,she also taught me some simple techniques to deal with real crisis situation. Dr Ankita is very empathetic, non judgemental and supportive. She taught me to have unconditional positive regard for self. she made me analyze my strengths. she planned my treatment with techniques like reality check, questioning beliefs, journaling, affirmations etc . she believes in holistic approach so her sessions helped in building my self esteem,personality and attitude as a whole. I can't thank her enough for empowering me and getting me out of emotional turmoil .
