She is very easily approachable on WhatsApp and answers all questions/concerns that you may have.
I was diagnosed with OCD of thoughts that started impacting my day to day activities. I couldn’t sleep till 6:00 am in the morning. Dr Adita helped me every step of the way and I feel much better now. My OCD has almost vanished and my sleep cycle has drastically improved.

I have been seeing Dr.Adita for 5 years now and have to say that every visit feels like a much needed relief from this stress filled world, a peace in all this chaos! I went in for depression and anxiety, and along the way got treated for grief too! She is very patient! Here is one thing I would suggest to anyone who wants to try therapy.. give it a couple of sessions to get comfortable with your doctor.. it takes time.. it's difficult and daunting because they are virtually a stranger but it's worth it.. and Dr.Adita is worth it for sure ❤️🤗🌻💕🌟 she has a very reassuring presence that I am ever grateful for!
