I (female) wanted my long term partner (male) to see a good urologist because his private parts were itching after every intercourse session. And since we were having unprotected sex, as a result my private parts started itching as well.

Being a sexually active female, that too with someone who’s not my husband, is a big taboo in India. Hence I was very nervous because doctors tend to judge, once they get to know about our relationship.

However, Dr. Abhishek Shah was our knight in shining armour. He asked us to feel free to explain our problems, and we had never felt so comfortable around a doctor before. He listened to all our issues carefully and advised us on the same accordingly.

Pros - informative, helpful, friendly

Cons - long waiting time, as we waited for close to an hour

Extremely pathetic service…I took an appointment here with Dr. Abhishek Shah can all the way from Chembur to get a consultation and also confirmed before leaving my house and the receptionist confirmed the doctor is there in the clinic however when I reached the hospital the receptionist behaved very rudely and informed the doctor is not available if I wish I can cancel the appointment…it was really unprofessional behaviour at their end and they were not apologetic at all…
