I attended the consultation with Dr. Abhijeet Desai and I am very happy with the experience. The clinic staff were polite and well behaved, and the wait time of about thirty minutes was acceptable. I would rate my overall experience four out of five and I would recommend the doctor to others.
I was very disappointed with the doctor experience. Despite arriving on time and the doctor being present at the clinic, I was denied consultation without a valid reason. This caused me significant inconvenience as I had traveled a long distance and taken time out for the appointment.
