The doctor wasn't available, so I spoke to the assistant, but the experience was good overall. However, the waiting time was very high. I would recommend Dr. Abhijeet Desai and rated the experience 4 out of 5.

I had gone for my regular eye check up and had taken an appointment via practo. The wait time is more than 45-60 mins irrespective of you taking an appointment. That's the only downside as it disrupts your plan for the day. No negative feedback about the clinic or the doctor.

Soft spoken, gentle mannered Dr Abhijeet addresses all queries patiently & tries to resolve by medication before proceeding for treatment procedures.I was diagnosed with MGD or dry eyes syndrome in 2019 & as it did not subside with eye drops & hot fomentaion, we opted for IRPL treatment which was conducted in 3 sessions for maximum relief. M happy to recommend Dr Ankita,who performed the procedure after explaining each step of the same & put me at ease by her skills & confidence.

Since I couldn't go for follow up in 2020, due to the pandemic fear, I revisited them in Jan 2021 as I had severe seasonal allergy due to the winter season with dryness, severe itching & inflammation.After eye drops usage we opted for IRPL session yesterday which gave me great relief.As this is a chronic condition, this treatment is a must & was happy to note that the IRPL treatment charges,were not increased, although the consultation fees were hiked.

I highly recommend this clinic for its efficient, polite & well coordinated staff, clean & hygienic atmosphere & the dedication & care shown by Dr Abhijeet & Dr Ankita, which I have personally experienced. God Bless them all
