I am Shabbir Ansari.I was suffering from severe back pain radiating in my right leg with tingling and pinched nerve pain at backside of left butt and thigh.I was unable to stand straight and walk for more than 2 minutes.I used to walk with curvature on one side.
I came to know about Dr.Rakesh Dhake sir through his videos on YouTube related to spine problems.Although I had consulted 3 spine surgeons before,yet I visited Dr.Rakesh Dhake sir for his opinion.I was diagnosed bilateral nerve root compression at L4-L5 ( lumbar canal stenosis) and slippage of vertebrae L5 (spondylolisthesis ).He advised me L4-L5
TLIF surgery and explained everything in detail about mini open TLIF,minimally invasive TLIF,approximate expenses,hospital stay,post operative care and recovery period etc.
After discussion with my family,I underwent open TLIF surgery by Dr.Rakesh

He was very prompt and responsive during pre and post surgery.My both leg pain gone same day after surgery.Now after 3 weeks,I am very satisfied and have mild back pain but my standing and walking posture improved 100%.

My mom's first spine surgery with implants was done by other doctor on 25 th nov 2024.Within 2 months she got infection in surgical area. Without proper examination only random antibiotics were given to mom.Which results into the severe infection i.e sepsis.Then only one option remain removing the implants and to give a deep wash .As she was in sepsis we cannot shift her to any other hospital.
After 6 days she came out of sepsis and second surgery was done by the same doctor. He removed all the implants and only give the simple wash and one more thing he has done..he compressed her one nerve which leads to severe pain in right leg.Three months she was hospitalised...with painfull, sleepless nights.She used to cry everyday...almost more than 50 painkillers were injected but no relief.
Meanwhile we come to know Dr. Rakesh Dhake Sir through his youtube videos. We decided to take a consultation. I still remember the day when me and my brother went to sir's clinic with mom's latest MRI.Just by reading the MRI sir identify the exact problem and suggested third surgery.He explained us everything in detail.
On 15 th April 2025 third surgery was done by Dr Rakesh Sir. From second day there is drastic decrease in pain.she started peacefully sleeping without painkillers. Now pain has been reduced to the greater extent and she is gradually improving.We are very thankful to him.
I am sharing this phase of life with everyone so that nobody should suffer like us.
