I had a prolonged hamstring pull/ tear injury . I visited many physiotherapists but was of no help , for about a year . I then Visited The Physio way clinic , In about 2 sessions , I feel a drastic decrease in pain in the hamstrings . Thankyou Dr. Calvin and Dr. Zahabia , for the efforts put in . They diagnosed it right and the treatment was perfect. The exercises they gave were more helpful and in place which helped me treating my injury outside of the clinic . Thankyou, for putting back my hope to return back to sport.

Doctor was very helpful to me she showed me the right way to do exercise and in Between she was doing therapy also, she was very friendly she can understand the pain what I had I had gone to other doctors but she was better than them,she showed me the right way to do plank,side plank. She encouraged me to overcome the pain I had , she did needle and cupping I was first scared to do but while talking she did everything I didn't understand when she did everything I was happy to go to a physician like her
