I had eye irritation I'm the eye and I contacted practo. Although it was odd hours I consulted practo as my eye irritation was severe and was not able to sleep. Doctor called me in the morning at 8:00am and recommended the medicines for my eyes infection. I used the eye drops recommended by doctor and by 12:00pm same day I was recoveringing . I am really thankful to doctor. I recommend her. as her expertise helps cure eye related issues. Many thanks Doctor.

Instead of properly assessing my condition through a video call, she simply chatted and prescribed medicines without even taking the time to examine me properly.After taking the prescribed medicines for a day, I noticed no improvement and reached out to her again, requesting a follow-up or at least a call to discuss my condition. Despite multiple messages, she completely ignored me. doctor properly listened to all the queries regarding eye boil and provided the medicine. the issue was resolved in 2 days. will recommend her.
