I had eye irritation I'm the eye and I contacted practo. Although it was odd hours I consulted practo as my eye irritation was severe and was not able to sleep. Doctor called me in the morning at 8:00am and recommended the medicines for my eyes infection. I used the eye drops recommended by doctor and by 12:00pm same day I was recoveringing . Instead of properly assessing my condition through a video call, she simply chatted and prescribed medicines without even taking the time to examine me properly.After taking the prescribed medicines for a day, I noticed no improvement and reached out to her again, requesting a follow-up or at least a call to discuss my condition. Despite multiple messages, she completely ignored me.
