Ms. Saachi Ma’am is a brilliant and genuine therapist and I wish I could’ve met her sooner. Her non-judgemental and empathetic approach has helped me gain an understanding of my habits and patterns and she also helped me to break the unhelpful patterns. The warm and supportive environment in the sessions has made me more self-aware, confident and a better human being!
